How do I cancel my subscription?

Do Dynasty addons work on a MAC as well as Windows machines?

Yes, it currently works on windows and mac computer.

Are Dynasty addons legal and safe to use?

Yes, Dynasty Addons are perfectly legal. We've been in business over 10 years. Several forum blue posts have publicly said our addons are fine to use.

Didn't receive Login Email.

There are 3 possible causes of this:

  1. The email used during checkout was typed incorrectly.
  2. The email went into your spam folder.
  3. Your ISP blocked our emails.

Do we get discs in the mail after purchase?

No, all our addons are digital downloads. After you purchase you should receive an email with login information for our members area. That is where you’ll find the downloads for all your addons. If you didn’t get that email contact us using the form below.
